We made a great zesty cocktail sauce using these ingredients from our Spice Carrier: vegetable oil, horseradish, salt and cayenne pepper. Oh what a trip! We had a wonderful time at this timeshare, it seems like all we did was eat, both dining out and cooking. This is the last night and we were trying to use as much of our extra food as possible, which produced this odd medley, and it was great. A December day at the Lost Creek Reservoir, sunshine, cool, and a lake like glass was the perfect atmosphere for a wonderful BBQ rib picnic! We used the BBQ dry rub from our Spice Blends page and a sauce we picked up at the store. [Photograph by: Laura]

What a Pizza, Rosenborg blue cheese in olive oil, salami, ham, roasted garlic, olives and a touch of brie to top it off. We were on a 38 foot sailboat in the BVI. It was our last night and we wanted to use up all our leftovers. It was the best Pizza!!! [Photograph by: Heidi]
